Bayshore, Bedok & Upper East Coast

Bayshore is the newest planned residential precinct on the east coast, with roughly 12,500 homes intended for it. Buying into the first launch of a precinct is a different proposition from buying into a mature one — you take the construction years, and in exchange you get the land rate and the pick of the views before anyone else.
