Privacy notice and PDPA statement

This notice explains how Renee Sim (Sim Li Bing), a CEA-registered salesperson with PropNex Realty Pte. Ltd., collects, uses, discloses and retains personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 of Singapore.

What is collected

Only what you provide: your name, mobile number, email address if you give one, the nature of your enquiry, any property details you supply, and the page you submitted the form from. The time at which you gave consent is recorded alongside the enquiry, together with the exact consent wording shown to you.

This site does not use advertising trackers, third-party analytics cookies or social media pixels. No behavioural profile is built about you.

Why it is collected

• To respond to your enquiry by phone, WhatsApp or email.
• To prepare the valuation, financing analysis or project information you asked for.
• To meet record-keeping obligations under the Estate Agents Act and CEA practice guidelines where a transaction proceeds.

Your data is not sold, rented or passed to third parties for their own marketing. Where a transaction proceeds, data may be shared with PropNex Realty Pte. Ltd., conveyancing solicitors, bankers or mortgage brokers acting on your instructions, and the relevant authorities — in each case only to the extent needed to complete the transaction.

Withdrawing consent

You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by emailing reneesim@propnex.com. Withdrawal takes effect within ten working days. Note that some records must be retained for a period after a completed transaction to satisfy regulatory obligations, even after consent is withdrawn.

Access and correction

You may request a copy of the personal data held about you, and how it has been used or disclosed in the preceding year, by emailing reneesim@propnex.com. You may also ask for any inaccurate data to be corrected.

Retention and security

Enquiry data is retained for as long as needed to respond and to meet legal or regulatory requirements, and is then deleted. The site is served over HTTPS with a strict content security policy, and form submissions are rate-limited and validated on the server.

Accuracy of information on this site

All stamp duty, loan-to-value, TDSR, MSR, CPF, HDB and market figures on this site were verified against IRAS, MAS, CPF Board, HDB and URA sources on 1 August 2026 and carry their sources. Singapore property policy changes frequently. Calculators produce indicative estimates only. Nothing on this site is financial, legal or tax advice, and you should confirm your own position with the relevant authority and your bank before committing to any transaction.
